1 Cup Classic Vanilla Ice Cream

Description: Vanilla Ice Cream using an Ice Cream maker with a freeze and churn function. We do everything in 1 cup so less cleaning. If you want to use the stove ill have a separate recipe.

Ingredients

• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cups milk
• 1/4 cups brown sugar

Directions

1. Prefreeze your ice cream container
2. Get a 2 cup liquid measuring cup and pour the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract into the cup. Heat in the microwave for 1 min take out and stir, continue to do this step until the sugar is dissolved
3. pour the mixture into your prefrozen ice cream machine and freeze and churn for around 30 minutes or until a soft serve consistency.

Brown butter chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

• 175 Grams Unsalted Butter
• 175 Grams Brown sugar
• 275 Grams Flour
• 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 Egg
• 150 Grams Chocolate chips

Directions

1. Start by browning your butter in a sauce pan on the stove. Wait for the butter to turn a light caramel color and take it off the stove to cool.
2. Get a large mixing bowl and add the sugar and browned butter. Mix until combined.
3. Add your egg and vanilla and mix
4. Add your dry ingredients, flour, baking powder , baking soda.
5. Lastly add your chocolate chips.
6. Preheat the oven to to 385 degrees Fahrenheit and form the dough into ice cream scoop size balls.
7. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges start to brown and enjoy
